'Restart, Reboot Yourself'

23 Feb 2009

Welcome to a new U2.Com, just days ahead of the new album. We've moved the furniture around and given the place a lick of paint. The title of the story is a line from one of the new tracks, Unknown Caller, but it kind of captures what we're doing with U2.Com. We've spent a few months giving the site a complete makeover - and responding to some of the features you said you wanted to improve your U2 online experience.

- Easier navigation.
- Cleaner design (check the Video in 'Sound and Vision').
- Media players with improved video and audio playback.
- The ability to 'share this' with friends.
- Commentable stories.
- News tagging and RSS feeds to allow easy access to site highlights and exclusive content.
- And a makeover for our Zootopia community area.

Keep checking back, there's lots of updates still to come.

And if you're a U2.Com subscriber please login for information on further upgrades. If you're not, you might like to read about the 2009 Subscription offer - special access to the site, participation in a presale when the tour is announced and the limited edition double CD, 'U2: Medium, Rare and Remastered'.
